Philosophy

There has been a lot of fretting in the legal community recently regarding the typical law firm business model as clients have begun voicing their displeasure with the billable hour. Matija Gotovac has never been happy with the billable hour model, though it does have its place. He thinks a law firm, like any other business, can offer certainty to its clients and accept some of the risk of taking on work. To that end the firm is committed to offering flat fee pricing whenever possible and offers low priced, flat fee retainers to help smaller business cope with many of the legal issues they may encounter.

This firm is looking to establish lasting working relationships with its clients and not merely to “churn and burn” for the next billable hour. We want to be partners with your business and we understand that requires providing value and building trust.
